RESOLUT Leadership Advisory
EXECUTIVE ROUNDTABLES
Real business problems. Serious people. Better questions.
RESOLUT Executive Roundtables bring together a carefully curated group of senior leaders to examine complex business questions through open, rigorous and practical dialogue. We convene people who have actually built, operated, transformed, inherited, invested in or advised businesses — and create the conditions for them to learn from one another.

Most executive events are designed around speakers.
RESOLUT Roundtables are designed around the question. Each session starts with a real business problem, strategic tension or emerging issue — and brings together a small group of people with different but relevant perspectives.
— There is no audience.
— There is no sales pitch.
— There is no obligation to agree.
The conversation is the content.
“Good leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about asking better questions.
A deliberately unusual mix of people.
The quality of the conversation depends on the quality of the room. RESOLUT curates participants based on experience, relevance, perspective and the ability to contribute meaningfully — not simply job title.
Senior Executives
CEOs, C-suite executives, business-unit leaders, board members and senior functional leaders navigating consequential decisions.
Family Business Owners
Owners and leaders balancing growth, governance, professionalization, capital allocation and long-term stewardship.
Next-Generation Leaders
Successor generations exploring how to modernize, transform and eventually lead established businesses.
Founders & Scale-Up Leaders
Established startup and scale-up founders confronting growth, organizational complexity, internationalization, capital and leadership challenges.
Investors & Capital Partners
Investors, family offices and other capital providers bringing an ownership and portfolio perspective.
Academics & Thought Leaders
Professors, researchers, philosophers, economists and domain experts who can bring deeper intellectual frameworks to practical business questions.
Every individual session has a tightly curated participant profile. The mix above illustrates the range of perspectives RESOLUT draws from — not the composition of any single roundtable.

Curated by RESOLUT. Informed by the real world.
RESOLUT sits at the intersection of executive leadership, business, entrepreneurship, technology and international markets.
Our role is not simply to organize the room. We curate the people, frame the questions, identify relevant perspectives and create the conditions for meaningful discussion. Through RESOLUT’s executive search, leadership advisory, entrepreneurial and international networks, each roundtable can connect perspectives that rarely meet in the same room.
The Room
We curate for relevance, experience and diversity of perspective.
The Question
We focus on real strategic tensions rather than generic themes.
The Conversation
We create space for candid, thoughtful and intellectually rigorous exchange.
Where business meets serious thinking.
RESOLUT intends to collaborate with leading universities, business schools, research institutions and educational organizations to develop selected roundtables.
Institutional Partners
Selected partners to be announced.
Not celebrity speakers. Useful perspectives.
Some sessions may begin with a short provocation from a distinguished executive, founder, academic, investor or domain expert. The purpose is not to give a keynote. It is to open the question.
Contributors
People invited to introduce a perspective or case.
Participants
Curated executives and leaders contributing to the discussion.
Moderators
Experienced facilitators responsible for depth, balance and momentum.
Interested in joining the table?

Build a conversation around a question that matters.
RESOLUT can work with selected companies, institutions and partners to curate private roundtables around a strategic question, leadership challenge or emerging market issue.
Position this as strategic convening and intellectual engagement — not event production.
